Much of what I paint comes from back home. Growing up in the rural quasi-south, around seamstresses, quilters, gardeners, and farmers, I learned to love nature, nurture, growing and making. This made me. Creative. So now, when I create art, my aim is to reconstruct those experiences from my life and share the connection that I have.
I look forward to sharing it with you. Some of you will not be able to make it I know, but wanted you to know I appreciate our connection.
