Summer creations from the garden...
For me, nothing says summer more than homegrown vegetables and creations from a garden. So new dish tonight. Absolutely deelish. Slow cooked ratatouille with goat cheese polenta. That's grits for all you Yankees. Found this recipe on Epicurious and made a few variations. I will be making this again. Nice.

ReplyDeleteI actually have vegetables and flowers this year. Between the shade, deer, squirrels, and raccoons, I have struggled, but I am determined! The farmer girl in me cannot be squashed. No pun intended . . . Pa would be proud.
